NMA provides advisory support to organisations developing and implementing Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs). This includes guidance on meaningful Aboriginal engagement, culturally appropriate workplace practices, and aligning organisational commitments with the NSW Closing the Gap priorities. Services include consultation with Aboriginal stakeholders, cultural awareness sessions, and practical strategies for improving Aboriginal employment and engagement outcomes within organisations.

Led by a local Aboriginal practitioner on Gadigal country with experience in vocational education and community engagement, NMA integrates cultural knowledge, inclusive training practices and strong industry connections into all programs.
