NMA Training & Assessing and Consulting Services is an Aboriginal-owned organisation dedicated to supporting government agencies, businesses and community organisations to strengthen Aboriginal engagement, workforce capability and culturally informed practices. Through training, consulting and community engagement services, NMA helps organisations build practical strategies that contribute to achieving Closing the Gap priorities and creating meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Our approach focuses on building Aboriginal capability within organisations through culturally informed training, workforce development and leadership support. NMA works with organisations to strengthen internal collaboration, improve cultural understanding and develop practical pathways that increase Aboriginal participation in employment, education and decision-making.
We support organisations to embed culturally respectful practices into their operations while ensuring programs and policies align with national commitments to Closing the Gap. By combining vocational training expertise, cultural knowledge and community engagement experience, NMA helps organisations move beyond compliance toward genuine partnership and inclusion.
